Asphalt Rescue Services was formed in 1998 to introduce Hawk-Seal-E to the expanding pavement preservation market. We were the first company to realize the great benefits Hawk-Seal-E could bring to a city's street budget.
We have seen that, as market conditions began to change, the value received for preserving asphalt and chip seal surfaces became even more important to a city's financial outlook.
We now service markets both nationally and internationally.
We will soon be introducing an equally effective concrete sealer to the pavement preservation market.
In 2001, we were certified as a woman-owned business.
